Przasnysz Sierakowo

The planned investment shall involve two commercial facilities constituting a multifunctional commercial centre. In the adjacent areas, a food supermarket with accompanying shops as well as a DIY shop will be built. The DIY shop shall be run by Centrobud Company (PHMB Group).

The commercial centre by its combination of the food supermarket, construction and interior design materials shall constitute an attractive alternative for the inhabitants of the neighbouring communes. We would like to offer in one area access to the daily commodities and services, aimed at the needs of the village people (which will keep the clients outside the city) and shall constitute an interesting alternative to the inhabitants of Przasnysz in contrast to the other, strictly food-oriented facilities. 

Location 

One of the most attractive features of the facility is its good location. It is located in the suburbs of Przasnysz, at the intersection of the Warsaw route with the link (ring road) connecting the route with the road to Ostrołęka. It ensures that the shopping centre shall be conveniently located for all inhabitants of the villages and towns located to the east, north and south of Przasnysz (access without the need to drive into town). Such locations, in view of the high density of supermarkets in the towns themselves, are very attractive. The success of a similar facility of the Marcpol network located near Pułtusk testifies to this fact.
Przasnysz is a town and municipal commune in Mazowieckie Region (Voivodship), Przasnysz Poviat (it formerly belonged to Ostrołęckie Region). The town has road connections with Warsaw, Olsztyn, Ostrołęka, Działdowo, Ciechanów, Maków Mazowiecki and Mława. The following roads run through Przasnysz: national road no. 57 and regional roads nos. 544 and 617. South of the town, the airport of North Masovia Flying Club is located. According to the statistics of 31 December 2006 the town had 16 817 inhabitants. Farmland covers about 80% of the poviat area.

Additional advantages of the location

  • The additional advantage is the foreseen dynamic development of the town related to the creation of the branch of Tarnobrzeska Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) – the commercial centre shall be located at the entrance to the zone. It might be assumed that in the area between roads 57 and 544 a significant number of the inhabitants of Przasnysz will find their jobs – they will be commuting home and to work using the road running in between the DIY shop and the grocery / general part.
  • The commercial centre shall be placed near the operating airport placed in the same area between the national roads.

Plans of the commercial centre

The centre shall consist of the two commercial-servicing facilities located on the opposite ends of the entry road into TSEZ area and placed directly at the auxiliary road serving the whole zone. It shall ensure convenient access for the people driving the national Warsaw-Przasnysz road, from the link with the road to Ostrołęka as well as serve the people driving around TSEZ, regardless the direction in which they will be going. 

Tenants

 Centrobud sp.j.  – one of the biggest and most dynamically developing networks of DIY shops and warehouses in Masovia. The Company is a member of PHMB group operating nationwide. For a few years it has been investing heavily in the development of DIY shops. The closest DIY shop that belongs to Centrobud is located in Maków Mazowiecki.
 
Food supermarket – we are currently looking for tenants for the food supermarket and the premises located at the food supermarket.
 

Furniture and interior design  – we are open to cooperation with the companies offering furniture and interior design as the ideal completion of the remaining offer

The sales of agricultural machinery and facilities – we are looking for a partner who would locate a shop with agricultural goods to complete the offer of the CC and increase its competitive edge.
